You will gain on-the-job experience in many different aspects of publishing, such as the acquisition and development of journal content, peer-review procedures, and contact with authors and referees from all over the world. 职位要求：Applicants for the position should have a broad interest in biopolymers, block copolymers, conducting polymers, conjugated polymers, functionalization of polymers, etc. with a PhD in polymer science or a related field . He/ she should be self-motivated, have excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), be diplomatic, flexible, and familiar with text and graphics computer applications. The applicants must be fluent in Chinese and have an excellent command of the English language. International postdoctoral experience and/or previous publishing experience would be advantageous. The position will be based in Beijing. The successful candidate will be trained in our Beijing office, but may spend some time at our Wiley-VCH offices in Weinheim and Berlin.
