北京理工大学智能机器人与系统高精尖创新中心（以下简称“中心”）属于“北京高等学校高精尖创新中心建设计划”，是北京市重点建设的高校高精尖创新中心之一。为加强中心人才队伍建设，现面向海内外公开招聘优秀学者、工程师。根据中心发展需要，现发布第二批岗位招聘计划。
一、招聘岗位
中心热忱欢迎海内外优秀专家、学者应聘加盟，特招聘科研A类、B类和C类岗位人员，能够围绕家庭服务机器人、医疗康复机器人、工业机器人、特种机器人及无人系统等的国际前沿理论、技术及相关产业的发展，重点开展：
腿足式机构设计、假肢设计与控制、操作机构设计、气动人工肌肉、机电液驱动、嵌入式系统软/硬件设计、基于高层体系架构的系统综合仿真、Ethercat通信、视觉处理算法、微纳米器件设计、MEMS器件设计与制造、激光成像传感器设计、脑功能成像、脑肌电信号采集与处理、感知认知与运动控制的神经生理、人工智能、细胞培养与操作、组织工程、柔体机器人动力学、机器人新型材料、仿生材料、机器人外观设计、动漫设计等的研究与开发，或从事相关领域的国际前沿理论和基础研究。
二、应聘条件
申请人应德才兼备，爱岗敬业，具有优秀的品德和严谨的学风，具备良好的协作能力和外语交流能力，诚实守信、身心健康。
具有海外科研经历者优先考虑。
（一）应聘科研A类岗位者应具备如下基本条件之一：
1.中心密切相关国际学术领域的资深科学家，或在中心密切相关学术领域具有万人、千人、百人、长江、杰青等学术头衔。
2.相关领域公认的产业管理及研发的领军人才。
（二）应聘科研B类岗位者应具备如下基本条件之一：
1.中心密切相关国际学术领域海外知名大学的优秀教授、副教授，或是中心密切相关学术领域的国内优秀教授，或是中心密切相关学术领域的国内科研学术机构的优秀研究员，具有带领学术团队协同攻关的能力。
三、岗位薪酬范围
1.科研A类岗位年薪范围：60-100万元
2.科研B类岗位年薪范围：40-70万元

Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Intelligent Robots and Systems is established by Beijing Municipal Government and Beijing Institute of Technology. The center has an immediate need for scientists and engineers in robots and related fields. The aim of the center is to conduct frontier research, develop robots and realize commercialization.

● Salary: US$ 100,000～200,000/year
2. Professors, Scientists, Experienced Engineers
● Served as distinguished professors, associate professors or equivalent positions
● Ability to lead a research team to solve problems in key areas
● Salary: US$ 60,000～100,000/year
3. Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Engineers, PhDs
● Outstanding academic ability and good development potentials●Ability to assist and cooperate with the leader of a research team to finish academic research or product development
● Salary: US$ 30,000～60,000/year
