This template has a option: "english", which can replace all predefined name in thesis. Just put the option in main file(e.g. example\thesis.tex) like this :\documentclass[doctor,english]{uestcthesis}
Unfortunately, users must read all the wikis, and I don't have enough time and english skills to translate them. For now, I can only wish you can understand how to use these commands by reading example thesis: \pic,\begin{pics},\addsubpic,\threelinetable and so on.
