3. Setting up project meetings and taking minutes
4. Arranging for telepressnce or VC meeting between Asia-Pacific locations for operations team and steering committee as required
5. Drafting and editing or program communications,e.g. briefs for the Talent stakeholders, welcome leetters to new joiners
6. Managing the design and production of welcome pack materials, posters and other promotional items
7. Contributing to FY16 program plan, e.g. use of social network, people engagement activities
* 职位要求1. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;English proofreading skills
2. Penultimate year of study in communications, marketing,English,finance or business-related discipline
3. Familiarity and interest in social media, including Facebook and Twitter
4. Strong organizational skills
